"I heard this word the other day, and I thought, 'That's what I am. I 'm adorkable." Anne Hathaway
A wonderful trend is going around Facebook where people post 25 things about themselves… It was so fun reading the lists. Of course I changed mine to 33 things because that is my favorite number… then I thought why stop at 33? Can I do 100? Below are 100 random things, facts, habits, and goals..about me. (Sorry if I totally bore you all..some of you have read these already...but 33 and on are new)

4. White cake and frosting is my favorite. I am not a fan of chocolate cake or frosting.
5. Babies and kids wearing Beanies/Winter hats melts my heart. SOOO CUTE!
6. My goal is to go to Ireland or maybe Australia in the next 5 years. To date the only foreign location I have visited is Canada. No stamps on this passport or even a passport.
7. The first time I ate a grapefruit I hated it but pretended to like it so my Mom would not be right (She said I would not like it and that the grapefruit were for my Dad). Now I Love grapefruit, I don't need sugar or anything just plain.

11. I truly believe that a good quote can change a person's mood.
12. My grandparents had a house on the Hood Canal. I miss staying with them going to the beach and digging up clams and gooey ducks. Watching storms on the water and waves crash the cars on the bridge. I even miss helping my grandma with yard work. These are memories that are so vivid and so wonderful…at the same time it saddens me that I will never feel that again.
13. My blackberry is an addiction that I need to STOP!!
14. Many of my coats have small rocks/pebbles in the pocket… If I see a rock that I like I will pick it up and keep it. Could be the shape or the color. Often when I get home the rock looks like nothing at all, but when I picked it up it was special. The rocks are then added to the rock garden in our back yard. I am pretty sure this is hereditary as my parents are rock hounds.
15. Dave outweighs me by over 20 pounds and that makes me VERY HAPPY!! Most of our relationship I have weighed more than him…there is something about having a husband be bigger that is comforting. Keep going with the Muscle building Dave, I love it!!

I totally read all 100 things =) Thanks for sharing, I love reading these and finding out little fun facts about my friends!!
Dude I read it too. I couldn't think fo that many things about myself...Thanks for giving me props on the card thing. ;). I am the smae way with the perfectionist and trying new things...and yes, you must get over the clearance rack addiction. You are 30 and you deserve some nice things that are quality. I have had to learn the same thing. And luckily Kraig agrees and when i have worked really hard for months in a row, he will let me go spend money on a purse I have wanted for a year. :0) He understands the need to reward yourself and I love it! woo hoo.
p.s. i am prcrastinating, as you can tell. love you
Great list, Mel! Man, not sure if I could find 100 things to say about myself either :) We'll have to have a craft day and hang out soon.... scrapbooking and beading!
I too read your whole list and agree that I enjoy finding out interesting tid-bits of info about people.
I think I need to get together with you and Lora to craft. I'll bring my cricut:) We'll have a blast. I too am a perfectionist, and what you told me after the reunion about you delegating to me, still brings a smile to my face:P You take a HUGE load off my shoulders in that way, also:) I, however, have an amazing sense of direction...I get it from my dad. My mom and sister couldn't find their way out of a wet paper bag:P It's a family joke.
I have work out clothes for you at my house...a little birdie said you were going to be in the area on Super Bowl. I left them outside but you didn't come:P Let's not wait a couple months before seeing each other this time...okay? Miss ya!
It was so fun to read your list! I had to comment about the Wii.. you must get one! Chris is on the Wii Fit right trying Yoga poses! We laugh SO hard at each other when we play.. I can't wait until Owen's old enough to participate too.
This was fun to read! You need to change #25 though!!! I think it is always interesting to find out other people have things in common with you: the scary movie thing, being around me when I haven't eaten, not a numbers person... Thanks for sharing a little about yourself =)
I loved reading this!
And guess what, my birthday is July 14th - Bastille Day. One month from yours!!
Loved this blog. I may steal this and try it sometime...I may only do 25 things and even that maybe challenging to do.
There were many things in common, like loving white cake and frosting. I love chocolate but prefer white cake/frosting over chocolate. Also the scary movie thing. I can't even watch trailers for scary movies. I have to close my eyes.
great list. we have quite a bit in common. #50 is my favorite though, I live to be early. It bothers pretty much all of my friends.
Great list! I tried to do a 100 things about me and I think I only made it to 40 something?!
